Jody Sholeen
Jody Sholeen is an experienced Real Estate Agent with over 15 years in the industry. Jody and her husband Dave co-founded The Sholeen Group in 2016. As the sole agent, Jody sold over 13 million in sales and closed more than 50+ units in 2020. Jody was awarded Diamond Production Awards for top 2% of sales volume and top 2% transactions with Mainstreet Organization of Realtors. As the leader of The Sholeen Group, Jody thrives on relationship building and genuinely enjoys helping families accomplish their real estate goals.
Jody has called Plainfield home for the past 12 years. In her spare time Jody enjoys spending time with her family, watching her boys play sports, and volunteering within the community.

David and Jody are a successful real estate couple. After supporting Jody and watching her thrive pursuing her passion, Dave co-founded The Sholeen Group. Dave is a licensed realtor but enjoys managing the financials. Dave is critical to the business and truly enjoys our clients.
